I was looking at properties in Keystone. There are some great buys in resort condos. These aren’t my listings, but I can sell them.

The lowest price in the area is a studio unit in Gateway. That’s within walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a hike, the complex has underground parking, indoor pool and hot tub. This unit would do OK for short term rental too. At $164,900 it could just be your “crash pad”.

For a one bedroom unit this Flying Dutchman unit is good. $206,900, 657 square feet, fully furnished, ground floor. Flying Dutchman has beautiful grounds with outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, and on the Keystone shuttle route.

Closer to the slopes is River Bank Lodge. This one bedroom has great views out to the Snake River and is a easy walk to the River Run Village shops and restaurants. I’m surprised it hasn’t sold – priced at $215,00.

Right in the River Run Village there is a one bedroom listed in the Silver Mill Condominiums for $250,000. It has a new furniture package, deck that looks out to the courtyard and hot tubs. Underground parking and elevator. Great location near the “action” but not in the middle of it.

On the front row looking out to the Snake River, this two bedroom condo is my favorite location in the Ski Run Condos. Large at 1252 square feet, fully furnished, indoor pool, and garage parking. Walk to the slopes. $365,000.

For a larger unit I like Northstar at Keystone townhomes. Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 1600 square feet with attached one car garage. On the Keystone bus route, and walking distance to Keystone Village, with it’s shops, restaurants and ice skating. $545,000 (priced below the last 3 bedroom sale in March).
